Name: Spottedflower
Age: 40 moons
Gender: She-Cat
Clan: MountainClan
Rank: Clan Deputy
Previous names: Spottedkit, Spottedpaw
Appearance: A stunning, white-silver she-cat, Spottedfur is very elegant. Her pelt is short and feathery light; light seems to bounce off it like starshine. Golden flecks cover her graceful body, and mixed in with some of them is the faintest trace of black. Her body is very long and lithe, she is a very fast runner, and can outrun most cats in MountainClan, even though her paws are small and delicate. This is probably because of her long legs, and she moves with ill grace. Her head is round, and her ears are large and pointed with very small tufts off hair peaking out of them.
Her eyes are probably her most stunning feature. They are a soft, jade green, that reflect sunlight, which seem to give them an aura of colors. Any cat could be memorized by their beauty and sophistication.
Personality: A very outspoken she-cat, Spottedflower has no trouble making friends within her Clan. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, tell everyone what she thinks of a situation. She usually puts all her effort into helping the MountainClan leader, her decisions have really made a difference in her Clan. Even so, she still finds time to just relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains her Clan calls home.
She has a very sweet nature, always helping out around the Camp, and play-fighting, or else watching the kits. She always has advice to give, her wisdom about the Clans making her a popular cat within MountainClan. She doesn't really care what other cats think about her, what she and MountainClan leader thinks about her is all that matters.
She doesn't have much of a temper, but when it flares, it's pretty nasty. She'll lash out at any cat who comes near her; shredded ears are not uncommon.
Her Clan is always put before herself, Spottedflower is very brave and courageous in tight situations. Even though she may seem fair, easy-going and laid back, sometimes Spottedflower wishes to be alone, and that's just what she'll do. Sometimes it will be for minutes, sometimes hours. Even so, she is very loyal to her Clan, and most importantly, StarClan.
History: When she was born, Spottedkit has one sister. Her sister was a lot smaller than Spottedkit, very weak and unsteady on her paws. When her eyes opened, they were blue, and her pelt was white. It became known that the kit was blind. When she never answered, never paid attention when a cat called to her, the Medicine Cat came to the conclusion that the poor kit was also deaf.
Spottedkit kept her sister close to her, protecting her from the taunts of others and the pitying Clanmates. One day, Spottedkit and her sister wandered off, and in a terrible twist of fate, an owl had spotted the two and had tried to take them. In the frenzy, the owl had grabbed Spottedkit, but it was barely a claw length off the ground when Spottedkit's sister had bit it, making her drop Spottedkit, and she was taken instead.
Spottedkit's sister was found four days later, somewhere in the depths of MoutainClan territory, where for reasons unknown, the owl dropped her. She had died when she fell off a steep ravine, breaking her fragile neck in the fall. Spottedkit blamed herself, she was so heartbroken, that for a long while she stayed in the nursery and did absolutely nothing, feeling guilty.
After that, she worked very hard as an apprentice and was made a warrior at the age of 17 moons.
Roleplaying Example: It couldn't be true. It just couldn't be true! There was no way it was. There was no way her sister could be dead. No way that she was found, cold and alone, no one to guide her safely to StarClan. Her beautiful sister, always so nice to everyone, always doing whatever she could, so interested in life, and it was snatched away from her, right from under her paws. She had loved life, loved it so much, despite her disabilities. She was so strong, never put back by the taunts and pities of the Clan.
It's my fault. The thought pierced Spottedkit like an icicle. Why was the grass still green, the sky still blue, when clearly Spottedkit's world had ended? Her sister was gone and it was all her fault.
"It should have been me instead." Spottedkit whimpered, hiding her eyes. She was so beautiful, so innocent. And yet, This terrible fate had befallen her deaf and blind sister. It just wasn't fair, why didn't StarClan have taken Spottedkit, when in reality it was her sister that lived life to it's fullest, knew how careful and how much to cherish it when you've had so much taken away from her?
She has already had so much taken from her. Her world was black. Everything to her was silent. She could never have been a warrior. But did StarClan have to take her away, like this? She could have done great things, things that would change MountainClan forever. But instead, her sister will haunt her dreams until the day Spottedkit dies.
Would she ever be happy again? Would she ever really enjoy the bright morning sun, really know the sacrifice that her sister made for her?
Spottedkit didn't know. And she really didn't care.
